The She Births online course gave me the knowledge and confidence I needed to successfully deliver... my son without any intervention in a beautiful water birth in a hospital setting. I assisted Nadine on the weekend course, as an acupuncturist who works with women during pregnancy.... It was an amazing opportunity for me to learn more about labour and birth. She is an engaging and fun presenter and delivers content in a way that is easily accessible, supporting practice with theory and evidence, to best prepare the couples physically, emotionally and spiritually for the journey they are on - into birth and beyond. The mood was high, couples finished the weekend feeling SO much more confident and excited and on the same page with each other. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.read more

Cannot recommend She Births highly enough! The content and support provided gave us the knowledge... and confidence to have the birth we wanted and we welcomed our little girl safely in the most magical way. If you can attend the weekend course, this would be my recommendation - if not the online course is very extensive along with Nadine's videos. Thanks team!!read more

Highly recommend She Births! We used the Online Course while my partner was pregnant with Orlaith.... An amazing resource and very inclusive for soon to be fathers as a resource to offer practical ways to offer valuable support for your partner. Nadine even personally gave us a support call as a gesture to us! If you are able to get to a face to face weekend course, do it, but if you can't, the online course alternative is well worth the investment. Our baby had to be delivered c-section but we found the content very valuable regardless, pre-birth and post birth. Just wonderful!read more

The She Births weekend course really gave us the empowerment of understanding our choices, what's... happening with our baby and my body to make whatever experience childbirth had to throw at us, a better one.Our She Births experience ended up being a virtual one, as Covid-19 had just started to make an impact. However Nadine was very professional and organised a last minute online course which was very well delivered and enjoyed in the comfort of our own home.read more

My partner and I had 2 private sessions with Nadine. I cannot recommend her and She Births highly... enough. The information she shared with us was practical, empowering and enabled me to have a fast labour & water birth.Nadine's depth of knowledge enabled me to feel confident in the strategies she taught me and her warm energy enabled me to feel comfortable discussing my deeper concerns and fears with her.This course was not only helpful for me - it gave my partner better awareness of how he could be a helpful and nurturing support person.Easily 5 stars for the wonderful work Nadine and She Births are doing.read more

An experience I would recommend to any mom and dad to be. Very informative and giving you all the... right tools to bring your baby into the world in as peaceful a way as possible.We both left feeling empowered for the birth of our first child, knowing that we understand the process and how to navigate it together instead of being blindsided on the day. SheBirths was the best thing we did to prepare for birth and parenthood. The program was a... beautiful balance of science, evidence and eastern influences to provide a well-rounded and informative experience. SheBirths course was great. We enjoyed learning together and practising the active birth tools...... Our birth was total bliss. Bubs is now 6 months old and I am still on a hormonal high after his joyful entry into the world. Born into his dad's hand in the bath and passed straight to me for a big cuddle with mum. It was perfect and we felt super prepared. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this course and doing the work!read more

Me and my husband really enjoyed the course, although we would have preferred to do in person with... Nadine (but due to Covid) this wasn't possible, we still really enjoyed the course and also the resources that you receive once you are a member which are really informative and helpful. My husband and I cannot begin to express how grateful we are to have spent the weekend with Nadine... doing the She Births course over Zoom - learning, laughing and happy crying! Highly recommend the course !!!!!! After my partner Dean and I attended the She Births workshop... via online video conference, we were both pleasantly surprised how accessible and interactive the experience was. Dean was most hesitant before joining as the thought of missing out on face to face interaction was a concern for him. However once we were all connected online, (we hooked the computer up to our TV) we could speak and interact freely with one another, sharing and listening to thoughts, feelings and questions. After the weekend was finished we were quite thrilled to have completed the course in the comfort of our home and still felt like we were connected with Nadine and the other She Birth participants. We have plans to meet face to face with the people in our workshop group once the pandemic challenges settle down.read more

Celebrate, connect, share stories and discover your innate parenting wisdom. A unique place for connection and growth where you can birth yourself as a mother in a loving and conscious way. We are very excited to be offering facilitated sessions this year and know that it will be both enriching and strengthening for our community of mums and bubs.
10 weeks of facilitated group meetups in the Bondi with a postpartum doula, Leah Sizeland and founder, Nadine Richardson.
Matrescence Embodiment Programs tickets are $327 inc GST per mum for the full term (10 weeks). This includes our unique matrescence program, connection with your tribe for further meetups and skilled facilitation.
Unfortunately, to maintain the depth and integrity of each group there is no single session purchase and inclusion is not possible after week one.
If you miss a session throughout the term you are encouraged to catch up via your private chat group and welcome to call facilitator, Leah. If you think your baby or you are sick please stay safe and join the circle via Zoom.
