I just wanted to let you know that I gave birth to our beautiful baby girl, Evie Elisabeth Williamson, last Friday 6th January. Jason and I are very proud to tell you that we were had a completely natural birth and the “Belly Breaths” worked like a charm. After 7.5 hours of labour, we had no intervention, pain medication or complications and our daughter was born happy and healthy straight into our hands.
